The Opportunity

We are looking for a versatile and skilled Bicycle Engineer with a specific focus on E-Bike systems. This role requires involvement in all stages of bicycle development, from concept through production, with a particular emphasis on frame and component development to meet evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of E-Bike systems, including frame and components design and component integration.
• Engage in the entire development process, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
• Define product specifications and performance objectives in collaboration with clients, focusing on advanced E-Bike technologies.
• Design and implement innovative product solutions using 3D CAD, particularly with a focus on enhancing E-Bike functionality and rider experience.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams of designers and engineers to refine product designs and facilitate the industrialization process.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure components meet our specifications and quality standards, with a strong emphasis on aluminum frame design and manufacturing technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the bicycle industry, particularly in E-Bike development.
• Proficient with 3D CAD software, especially Siemens NX, and FEM tools like Ansys Mechanical. Openness to candidates with strong skills in similar software willing to adapt to Siemens NX.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with aluminum frame design and relevant manufacturing technologies.
• Strong project management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
