Die Steuerkopfmuffen würde ich als (nicht übertrieben) verspielt bezeichnen.
Das Tretlagergehäuse und die Sattelklemmung erfüllen ohne Schnörkel die Ansprüche funktionaler Ästhetik.

Nachtrag: Dieser Schlitz in der Muffe soll eine Dämfung mit sich bringen.

Aniceto Cattaneo born 17. april 1908 in Fiesco, Cremona passed away 16. august 1990 in Nice, France.
Later moved to Rò-Rho, Milan, Lombardy, 1933 moved to Nice, France.
former racer himself.
Over the years he was the creator of bicycles for Vietto, Graczik, Forestier, Teisseire, Caput, Gauthier and Roger Walkowiak, who won the 1956 Tour de France on a Cattaneo bike. Aniceto, who never became French (he died in Nice in 1990), continued to maintain relations with Rho until the last of his days, helping the local Velo Sport, particularly in the 1960s.
