Thank you for your message.

We are currently addressing the following issues with the ROUVY app version 3.10.3:

• Zwift Hub Trainer and JetBlack Trainers do not work properly with 3.10.3. Due to some hardware limitations, it’s taking a bit longer than expected to fix, but we’re working on it as quickly as possible.

To temporarily fix the issue, you can downgrade to a previous version where the bug doesn’t occur.
To do this, you’ll need to uninstall the current version and then download version 3.9.5 or 3.10.2 from our CHANGELOG.

We appreciate your patience and are working on a fix! Thanks for bearing with us!

• Wahoo Kickr Bike – The issue appears to be model- and OS-specific, mainly affecting certain firmware versions and Windows. Since we haven’t been able to reproduce the problem on our end, we’ll need to investigate further.

If you’re open to helping us, we’d really appreciate it if you could share details about your setup—specifically,

• your trainer’s firmware version,
• exact model, and
• Windows/ iOS version.

Also heißt das das es momentan nicht funktioniert?

Wollte es nämlich auch mal ausprobieren mit meinem Zwift Cog. Dann würde ich mir den Testzeitraum aufsparen.

Bei mir funktioniert virtuelles Schalten mit folgender Kombi ohne Probleme:

• Wahoo Kickr V6 mit Zwift COG
• Zwift Click
• Windows 11 Desktop Applikation
• Rouvy Version 3.10.3

Aber mit iOS soll es Probleme geben, wenn ich hier einige Posts richtig interpretiere. Und einige Trainer funktionieren wohl auch noch nicht sauber. Zwift Play Controller werden auch nicht unterstützt.
