Generating new routing tiles is proving more troublesome than expected. I'm sure it's a windows thing but the last tries just stopped responding with a continuous 260MB/s writing speed and locking up my D: ssd. This morning I have copied everything to a old fashioned hard drive and started the 5th try...

What is the difference between the original wahoo routing tiles and yours?

Nothing. These are the map files from 2 weeks ago. Maybe you missed it but somebody had deleted all files from the OneDrive everything was gone. So I'm putting them back up now.

Now there are two Nordrhein-Westfalen folders with different content, that confused me.

BTW: The new contour lines are now much easier to read.

Cached or copied to local? There is just one folder of everything for me.

One is a folder, the other is a zip file. The zip file contains the map files for the region, the folder contains zip files with sub-regions of the region. Just like they are on the geofakrik.de site.
They contain the same map files, basically the only difference is the one is a bigger download (and takes more space on the device).

I deleted all maps via the Elemnt App and installed your maps afterwards, so the original routing files could have been deleted.

I will reinstall the original maps and your maps afterwards and do another ride tomorrow.

Did another ~40 km today with original maps and the custom map. Rerouting worked fine except one time at the end where it crashed.

I take it you mean original routing tiles and custom maps? Very hard to say what caused the crash. But highly unlikely to be the custom maps. It is possible to let the device generate logs to see, more or less, what happens.

How do I get the logs? The logs-folder on the Bolt is empty...

This is not my "thing" but according to the Wahoo telegram group create two empty files in the root of the device this should start log file recording:
cfg_BoltappLogToSd
cfg_StdCfgManager_DisableVerboseLogLevelOverrideForDebug

Re-uploading the Germany maps. If you need routing too, look in the Wahoo\For CL to test folder

Sorry Mikle, but vtm-elemnt is missing??? What do you mean exactly? The maps are there, the (test) routing files are there and the theme files are there I think? The only thing missing are the routing zip files but that is on purpose because they don't work correctly.
Still working on correct new ones. Fingers crossed but the process is further than it got in the last week or so.

The maps\vtm-elemnt folder with the XML File. Or is it obsolete?!

@Chris 5000 yes about a week ago apparently.

@Mikle_01 Ohh, thats the theme folder on the device, that is the theme which is in the (device specific) sample themes folder on the OneDrive.
So that is a separate download and after that copy it to the device or install with the elemmntary app.
Hope this makes sense to you.

Hi Guys I'm completely new to the Forum and first of all I have to thank you! Awesome Work - all the Tools, Themes and Maps. After reading the Heise-Article I searched for a Community. I'm a long distance e-Bike Biker and use my RoamV2 mainly for Navigation via Komoot.

I like to use the Elemntary-Desktop-App on my Mac. But I really have the Problem to get an authorized connection via ADB - I never get it worked and I pressed Power+Up+Down so many times that my finger hurts (always disconnected and when there was no reaction (no zoom / no menu) I connected it via USB-C File Transfer Cable (checked)).

Is the ADB-Debugging available on the new Firmware? I'm a bit depressed.
