Da bin ich bei dir, aber die VO2max Werte von Indurain kennt man nicht (also ich nicht... hat man die damals auch schon so gemessen wie heute?) und seine Leistungen sind schon eindeutige Hinweise darauf, dass die "Flaschenhälse" nicht allzu eng waren, bzw. dass er nicht nur durch das Lungenvolumen, sondern auch die anderen von dir genannten Faktoren begünstigt / gut veranlagt war.
